Offer on Seala AI terminal subscription
General provisions
The Seala AI Terminal (hereinafter also referred to as the Terminal) contains proprietary data. A terminal subscription means access to one or more Terminal modules, depending on the subscription terms.
The only available module is LNG Module.
Data and interfaces are in English.
Data and analytical dashboards are provided AS IS. During the subscription period, it is possible to unilateral change the amount of data and analytics provided, including the termination of publication of data, their modification and addition. The analytical agency Seala AI strives to ensure that the conditions of information support within the framework of subscriptions do not deteriorate, however, it depends on a variety of primary data sources and cannot guarantee their immutability.
The User has the right to specify the availability of the necessary information in the required volume before connecting the Terminal and paying for it.
Underlying platform
Business analytics and data are provided on basis of Yandex DataLens technology platform.

To connect to the Terminal (Yandex DataLens), a Yandex ID user ID is technically required, including personal and corporate ones. If necessary, the user of the Seala AI Terminal opens the Yandex ID independently. The simple way to recieve and manage Yandex ID is open free mailbox at Yandex domain.
From a technical point of view, connecting to the Terminal means connecting provided by client Yandex User ID to the “seala-users” organization in Yandex DataLens platform.
Termination period and conditions
The subscription is provided for one-time access to the Terminal after its payment. The validity period of the granted access is 365 days from the date of payment.
The user has the right not to use the subscription during its validity period. There is no refund of the subscription price.
The User does not have the right to grant access to the Terminal to other users. The dissemination of information received from the Terminal is not limited.
When distributing information from the Seala AI Terminal and/or the Internet site seala.ru in public media, including Telegram channels, mass media, analytical reports and scientific research, it is mandatory to refer to the “Analytical agency Seala AI” as a data source.
The subscription may be terminated at the initiative of the agency in case of gross violations of the use of proprietary information, including:
Transfer of an account with access to the Seala AITerminal to third parties.
Copying the database underlying the Seala AI terminal, including exploiting technological vulnerabilities.
Repeated use of data and analytics from the Seala AI Terminal in external media without providing a link to the agency.
Subscription price
The subscription price is negotiable between a client and the agency.
